The Council received a report on the status of agency labor-management forums' metrics reports due at the end of last year. The GEAR pilot projects gave an update on their progress since implementation. The Council also heard from the work group tasked with drafting the report to the President on 7106(b)(1) pilot projects as required under the Executive Order. The meeting was open to the public.
